Main Activities & Highlights:
In a world moving at a relentless pace, JITO Juhu Chapter offered its members a rare pause — a moment to breathe, heal, and reconnect within. On 8th June 2025, the chapter hosted the Self Heal – A Wellness & Memory Workshop, blending traditional healing with modern cognitive tools to empower mind, body, and spirit.
The session opened with the serene Namaskar Mantra, setting a calm and focused tone for the evening.
Chairman Shri Kranti Mehta welcomed attendees, followed by Chief Secretary Smt. Sunita Parmar, who beautifully introduced the workshop’s purpose. Vice Chairman Shri Anilji Barmecha introduced the keynote speakers, setting the stage for transformation.
The Healing Touch of Sujok
Dr. Luthria and Dr. Jenith led an insightful session on Sujok Therapy, covering Seed Therapy, Colour Therapy, and Magnet Therapy. Attendees not only learned about holistic techniques but also experienced immediate relief through live demonstrations, discovering how to apply these tools in daily life.
Strengthening the Mind
The second half was led by Urvi, an energetic Memory Trainer introduced by Rekha Jain, who engaged the audience with practical techniques to boost memory, concentration, and mental agility. The session was lively, interactive, and universally appreciated by participants across age groups.
Closing with Gratitude
The workshop concluded with heartfelt thanks by Secretary Ms. Meena Choudhary, appreciating the speakers, organizing team, and every member present for making the event so enriching.
Followed by warm conversations over High Tea, Self Heal was more than a workshop — it was a gentle reminder that wellness begins from within, and with the right guidance, every mind can heal, grow, and thrive.
