Event Report: Crack the Career Code

The JITO Goregaon Ladies Wing organized a highly informative virtual session titled "Crack the Career Code". The session aimed to guide students and parents in making well-informed career choices with clarity and confidence.

The event commenced with the Navkar Mantra and a welcome address by the Ladies Wing Chairperson. Esteemed dignitary Dr. Bipin Doshi, Vice Chairman JITO JEAP & Board of Director JITO Goregaon Chapter, emphasized the importance of allowing children to explore, absorb knowledge, and learn from real-life success stories rather than choosing careers by convention.

The session featured Mrs. Pankaja Baphna, a certified and experienced career counsellor and JITO member, who was introduced by the Chapter’s Chief Secretary. Through her presentation, she discussed the five most common mistakes in career planning and shared a secret formula to help identify the right career based on a child’s interests and strengths.

The session saw active participation from 60 attendees and concluded with a lively 15-minute Q&A. As a special gesture, Mrs. Baphna offered a free 20-minute career consultation to all participants. The session ended with a vote of thanks and the Navkar Mantra, leaving attendees enlightened and empowered.
