Legacy. Leadership. Longevity.
13th April 2025 | Mukesh Patel Auditorium, Juhu

On Sunday, 13th April 2025, the iconic Mukesh Patel Auditorium in Juhu witnessed a full house, as 500+ entrepreneurs, business leaders, and aspiring next-gen visionaries gathered for a transformative session titled “Mastering the Art of Creating Multi-Generational Businesses.”

Organized by the JITO Goregaon Chapter with the support of the JITO Mumbai Zone, this signature event brought together thought leaders and trailblazers for an evening that was equal parts insight, inspiration, and introspection.

The globally acclaimed team from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG)Mr. Rahul Jain (India Head), Mr. Vishal Mehta (Sr. Partner), and Mr. Vikram Bhalla (Sr. Partner & MD)—delivered an engaging keynote, outlining global business trends and frameworks essential for building sustainable, value-driven family enterprises. Their strategic wisdom gave the audience practical tools to scale legacies with purpose.

One of the evening’s most powerful moments was the fireside chat with Shri Hitesh Doshi, CMD of Waaree Group, joined by the next-gen leaders Ankit and Chaitali Doshi. Moderated by BCG, the conversation delved into the dynamics of trust, shared vision, and the role of strong values in shaping resilient multi-generational businesses.

The presence of esteemed dignitaries—Shri Prithviraj Kothari (Chairman – JITO Apex), Shri Lalit Dangi, Shri Vinay Jain, and Shri B.C. Jain—elevated the event’s stature, underlining its importance in the business community.

As the national anthem concluded the evening, the message was clear: family businesses thrive not just on numbers, but on values, vision, and unity.

This wasn’t just a session—it was a blueprint for building legacies.
