JITO Mumbai Zone Successfully Hosted Jobs Master Drive

Empowering Aspirations Through Career Opportunities

Mumbai, April 5, 2025:

The JITO Mumbai Zone, with the dedicated support of the Goregaon and Mulund Chapters, successfully hosted the JITO Jobs Master Drive at Sheth Dhanji Devshi Rashtriya Shala, Ghatkopar East, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The event aimed to connect aspiring professionals with reputed companies and promote career empowerment within the Jain and wider community.

The drive witnessed overwhelming participation from 27 leading corporates representing diverse sectors such as finance, IT, manufacturing, logistics, and consulting. With 1,476+ candidates registered, 1,564+ interviews conducted, and 501+ in-person attendees, the event stood out as a high-impact employment initiative. From this talent pool, 370+ candidates were shortlisted, and 147+ advanced to second-round interviews, highlighting the drive’s effectiveness and conversion success.

This initiative served as a bridge between talent and opportunity, providing candidates with direct access to HR professionals, hiring managers, and decision-makers. It also offered companies a streamlined process to discover and recruit skilled individuals.

The event was well-coordinated under the leadership of Dr. Vinay Jain (Chairman, JITO Mumbai Zone), CA Vijay Jain (Chief Secretary), and the respective teams from the Goregaon and Mulund Chapters. Their combined efforts made the event seamless and result-oriented.

Workshops on resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance were also held, making it a holistic career support platform.
